Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pin Trade, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and account access

You may use Pin Trade only in compliance with applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Pin Trade only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Pin Trade may create and maintain a device-based account so the app can authenticate you and provide service features. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device and for keeping your device secure.

What Pin Trade provides

Pin Trade is a Disney pin collection and market-reference app. Depending on the version and your subscription status, features may include collection tracking, boards, Have / Trade / ISO management, scan-based recognition, catalog browsing, notifications, membership features, and market-reference information such as pricing and listing links.

User content

You may provide content such as collection entries, images, support messages, and feedback. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant ClimbFyre a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Pin Trade. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content you provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Pin Trade for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with protected portions of the service except where applicable law clearly permits it;
• upload content that infringes another person's rights or contains malicious code; or
• misuse recognition, notification, pricing, or subscription features in a way that disrupts the product or other users.

Recognition, catalog, and market information

Recognition results, catalog matches, price references, listing data, and market insights are provided for convenience only. They may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or wrong. You should independently verify information before making any purchase, sale, trade, insurance, valuation, or collecting decision. Pin Trade is not responsible for decisions you make based on recognition or market-reference output.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through in-app purchase flows, and subscription entitlements may be managed through RevenueCat. Subscription pricing, billing periods, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple platform rules, the offer shown to you at purchase, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase flow, auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the app or your Pin Trade account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Third-party services and links

Pin Trade may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, image processing, notifications, subscriptions, and market information. Pin Trade may also link to third-party services such as eBay. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or policies.

Intellectual property and brand notice

Pin Trade, the ClimbFyre name, the app design, and related software and materials are owned by ClimbFyre or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Disney names, characters, and related marks belong to their respective owners. eBay names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to those brands in Pin Trade are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about Pin Trade, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Pin Trade at any time if we believe it is reasonably necessary for operational, security, abuse-prevention, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using Pin Trade at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pin Trade is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClimbFyre and its service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to your use of Pin Trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ClimbFyre for claims arising out of or relating to Pin Trade or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for Pin Trade in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.

Governing law

Except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from them or Pin Trade are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the issue informally.

Apple App Store notice

If you obtained Pin Trade through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and ClimbFyre, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Pin Trade or its content, maintenance, support, or claims relating to the app, except as required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version. By continuing to use Pin Trade after updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
